Good southern cooking

We got a great tip from some cool guys who we met at Ichetucknee Springs about this incredible all-you-can-eat buffet in Lake city Florida.
They had those mouth-watering dishes that you typically find in the southern part of the the USA like black-eye peas, lima beans, okra, collard greens and heaps of other good stuff.
We stuffed ourselves silly, but of course we still had room,(別腹) for some of the many scrumptious desserts.
You just gotta check this place out if you ever find yourself in North-central Florida.
Lee Roy Selmon's
Ken, thanks, good to know about... love the pictures. We were looking for a Ryan's Buffet when we were in Melbourne, Florida last year. They have some southern food on their buffet and it's pretty good. However, the Ryan's in Melbourne had been replaced by another buffet restaurant that I can't remember the name of, but it was southern too, something like the one you've pictured here.
Another place for good old-fashioned southern food is Lee Roy Selmon's Restaurants in Florida. We discovered the one in Tampa, and there are about six other locations on the Gulf Coast of Florida. Lee Roy Selmon was a Tampa Bay Buccaneer who was the first football player from that team to reach the NFL Hall of Fame. From Lee Roy "The Legend": "His parents Jessie and Lucious planted the seeds of love, faith and hard work in their children. They were rewarded with Jessie’s succulent southern specialties: knee bucklin’ favorites like Mama Selmon’s meatloaf, fried green tomatoes and rib-grabin’ barbeque, alongside steaming platters of fresh vegetables from their farm. Fortified by Jesse’s hearty fare, Lucious Jr., Dewey and Lee Roy grew up to become legendary, powerful forces in football."
