Koshihikari icecream
Rice Grain in Icecream
tang-tang noodle
Niigata is said that "Nihon no Komedokoro" which means most of rice in Japan is made here. The name of the rice is Koshihikari.
None of Japanese do not know this name.
Then, I found a wired Icecream,,,,which is in the first picture. It is named Koshihikari Icecream...RICE ICECREAM?!
Made from rice? Tastes like rice?

No,No,No. it has rice grain in it!
It tasted like Vanila hahaha

Had no idea!
No idea at all that there was food like that in Nigata.
That's where I need to be. Not like where I am now. There is nothing I want to eat here. I usually choose my trips according to food. Something tells me you do the same.
