The weather in England that's a dangerous question to ask an englishmen! as we are internationally renowned for taliking about it rather more than necessary.
It's warm but in that horrible damp way, very wet with a lot of Stormy Weather and their are very few blue skies to conquer at the moment

A word on our weather:
I wish I could send you some of those Crowded house "ready for conquering" blue skies from Shizuoka. We have lots of sunshine to spare. We had our rainy season in June. Now it's just plain hot and sunny everyday.

Our rainy season never stops I walk to work and as soon as I got dry today it was time to leave and I got soaked again,this is supposed to be high summer! a week friday I'm supposed to be going to Brighton a famous seaside town but if this weather continues there'll be no pebblecastle (No sand)and paddling in the sea for me although it does have amazing shops and some great museums send me your weather for just one day please

Ken here.That would be Mio's significant other at your service.
Mio is at the moment otherwise indisposed with all sorts of pure undertakings like teaching ballet and Yoga.
I'm sure she'll drop you a line shortly.She's really tickled plum by the way to have a new pen-pal and cyber-partner all rolled into the likes of you chrissie.
Anyway I just saw your mail sitting there and I was trying to conjure up an image of a pebble-castle and probably quite miserably failing at that endeavor. I was wondering if you could shed some light on that for a fellow who had a very beach-deprived childhood even though he grew up in Miami.
And for a good pebble-castle story I'm sure we can be persuaded to render you on loan one of these notoriously clear but hot scorching Shizuoka afternoon days.

Thunderstorms
I hope that things brighten up in Brighton for you next week.
We've been getting these very unusual thunderstorms recently.
They seem to come in the afternoon at the same time and they're actually pretty frightening since people in my town are not used to them.
The good thing is that they do cool things off a bit.
